A typical experience might include the following (however, this process is individualized to the client)
In the first sessions we complete the paperwork, discuss confidentiality, and begin to hear your story and concerns. The focus of the second session is to continue this process and discover potential areas of strength and change.
Next, sessions involve developing a Treatment Plan. This plan outlines your specific goals, how we will measure them, and what will need to happen to help you achieve them. This will require work outside of sessions.
The following sessions will focus upon meeting your Therapy Treatment Goals. We will discuss the progress and decide if we need to add goals, change them, or agree that they have been completed.
